In this article, you will learn how to display the orders from your MyStore.
Orders in the online store
Show all orders: To display an overview of all orders, select Orders > Orders in the menu. You can use the search field at the top right to search for specific orders. If you click on the arrow to the left of the search field, you can set search filters.
Only display new orders: To display an overview of new incoming orders, select Orders > Incoming orders in the menu.
Show order details: To view the details of an order, click on the order number in the order overview. When you open the details of a new order, the order is given the status "Viewed" (see article "Editing the status of orders"). The order will then no longer appear among the new orders received.
Display a customer's orders: To display all of a customer's orders, click on the customer's name in the order overview. Then click on Orders.
