Customize confirmation of receipt e-mail

To check and, if necessary, edit the template for the confirmation of receipt email, proceed as follows:

  • In the menu, select Settings > Email events.
  • Click on Order status.
  • Click on Confirmation of receipt.
  • Check the confirmation of receipt email. In the Help Center article "Set up email events " you will find further information on editing the confirmation of receipt email.
  • Click on Save.

Send confirmation of receipt e-mail

  • In the menu, select Orders > Orders.
  • Click on the corresponding order number in the overview.
  • Click on Send confirmation of receipt.

The confirmation of receipt is sent to the customer's e-mail address that is stored in the billing address of the order.
