Customize confirmation of receipt e-mail
To check and, if necessary, edit the template for the confirmation of receipt email, proceed as follows:
- In the menu, select Settings > Email events.
- Click on Order status.
- Click on Confirmation of receipt.
- Check the confirmation of receipt email. In the Help Center article "Set up email events " you will find further information on editing the confirmation of receipt email.
- Click on Save.
Send confirmation of receipt e-mail
- In the menu, select Orders > Orders.
- Click on the corresponding order number in the overview.
- Click on Send confirmation of receipt.
The confirmation of receipt is sent to the customer's e-mail address that is stored in the billing address of the order.
