Manage shipping methods

In the menu, select Settings > Shipping. An overview of the shipping methods you have set up appears. You have the following options for managing the shipping methods:

Add shipping methods

In the menu, select Settings > Shipping. All shipping methods that have already been added are displayed.
Click on Add. The Add shipping method window appears.
Decide on a logistics provider:
Custom shipping method: To not process the shipment via a specific logistics provider.
DHL: To process the shipment via the logistics provider DHL. If you select the logistics provider DHL, you can create prepaid parcel labels in your MyShop, for example.

Fixed price: For constant shipping prices

Number of products in the basket: For a shipping price depending on the number of products.
In the Name in store field, enter the name under which the shipping method should be displayed in your online store.
Click on Add.

Set up shipping methods

If you have added a new shipping method, the settings will open automatically. Alternatively, you can start the setup via MyShop:

Select Settings > Shipping in the menu.
In the Shipping method column, click on the corresponding shipping method.
Set up the following in the General area:
Identifier: Enter the name under which the shipping method should be saved in your MyShop administration. This identifier is not visible in the online store.
Visible: Select whether the shipping method should be displayed in your online store.
Tip: Only make shipping methods visible once you have set them up completely.
Preset: Select whether the shipping method should be preset by default during the order process.
Name in store: Enter the name under which the shipping method should be displayed in your online store.
Note: You can also enter a comment about the shipping method in the field below. This comment will also be displayed in your online store when the order is placed.
Logo: Upload a logo for the shipping method, e.g. the logo of the logistics provider. Then specify whether the logo should be displayed during the ordering process.
Click on Save.
