In this article, you will learn how to set a new status for orders, e.g. the status "Paid" or "Shipped". Set the status promptly so that you always have an overview of the current status of your orders.
Attention
If you have activated an e-mail event for a status, an e-mail is automatically sent to the customer when the status is set (see Help Center article "Setting up e-mail events").
Change order status
- In the menu, select Orders > Orders.
- Activate all orders for which you want to set the status.
- Click on Set status and then select the corresponding order status.
Viewed: Status is set automatically as soon as an order is opened in MyShop administration for the first time.
Rejected: If you set this status for an order, the stock level of the products contained in the order is automatically increased again.
Archived: Set this status for completed orders. The orders will not be deleted or moved as a result, but will continue to be displayed in the order overview.
If you click on the order number, all order statuses are displayed. You can also deactivate the statuses there.
