Requirements for Using Webmail

For Web Hosting customers with an IONOS email address

Please note the following requirements for using Webmail:

Packages

IONOS Webmail is available in:

  • Web Hosting packages
  • Online Store packages
  • server packages
  • MyWebsite packages

Web Browser

  • Mozilla Firefox (current and all previous versions)
  • Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11
  • Google Chrome (current and all previous versions)
  • Apple Safari 5.1/6.0 or later

Please note

In general, you can also use Webmail with other browsers or newer browsers in beta versions. However, we do not support them. We therefore recommend that you use one of the above-mentioned browsers in the listed versions if problems occur during Webmail use.

Screen Resolution

For optimal display of Webmail, a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels is required.
