Always allow emails from specific senders in IONOS Webmail
For Mail Basic and Mail Business
Do you often receive important emails from senders that you want to make sure are not treated as spam? Then simply set up a list of safe senders in IONOS Webmail .
- Log in to IONOS Webmail.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of the main navigation.
- Click on All settings... .
- In the navigation bar on the left, click on Anti-SPAM.
Scroll to the Personal lists area.
- In the Safe senders field, enter the email addresses that you would like to add to the list of safe senders. Repeat the process for further email addresses. The changes are saved automatically.
Note
You can also define complete address ranges here. For example, if you want to receive all emails from the @domain.com address range without them being checked for spam first, enter this in the format *@domain.com. The asterisk serves as a wildcard here.
