A Safe Senders List (formerly called a whitelist) is a list of email addresses that the user has identified as particularly trustworthy. This ensures that emails from these senders are not accidentally moved to the spam folder because they are no longer scanned for malware by spam protection.

Alternatively, you can specify a domain instead of a single email address - in this case, all email addresses belonging to the domain are classified as trustworthy.

To categorically prohibit the receipt of emails from certain senders instead, you can create a Blocked Senders List (formerly called a blacklist).
