Higher Invoice Total on Most Recent Invoice

If your current invoice has a total that is higher than the total on the previous invoice, this may be because you were receiving a discounted price for the first few months.
In this case, you will now be charged the regular prices that apply for the domain. All prices can be found on our domain price list: See Current Price List.
You can find more information in the order confirmation that IONOS emailed to your contact email address after your order was received. In most cases, the subject line is "Your order confirmation" or "Order confirmation for your contract."
If you no longer have the order confirmation email, you can check online in IONOS at any time. Under My Messages, you can see all messages that we sent to your customer ID in the last 18 months. For older invoices, please contact IONOS Customer Support.
