Shared Storage: Setting Server Access Rights

The server access rights for your server's shared storage can be directly set in the respective shared storage settings. There you can specify whether the shared storage has read and write access or read-only access. For all shared storages there is a single user with which servers can log on to them.
Proceed as follows to set the server access rights.
You are in the Cloud Panel and you have already clicked on Infrastructure > Shared Storage in the left side menu.
Select a shared storage.
In the Assigned Servers area, click Assign.
Click a server that has access to the shared storage.
Select the desired access authorization:
- RW (Read/Write) : This server has read and write access to the shared storage.
- R (Read-only): This server only has read access to the shared storage.
Click Confirm Changes to finish.
The shared storage will be configured.
