HiDrive: Export data

This article describes how to export data from HiDrive.
Please note: All of the following information relates to an export from the HiDrive web application.
Log in as Administrator
To be able to export all data, you need the user name and password of the HiDrive administrator.
You can access the HiDrive web application via any internet browser, regardless of the device you are using - computer, smartphone - and operating system - Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS.

The Help Center article "Creating and managing a HiDrive backup" contains all the information you need to create a backup of your cloud storage.
Device Backups
Device backups save photos, videos and contacts from your smartphone or laptop.
Click on the Device backups entry in the HiDrive menu. A list of existing device backups is displayed.
Click on the arrow symbol (Download zip file) in the line of the desired backup. The backup is saved as a zipped file on your local computer.
